Meet Matt
Matt is an avid entrepreneur with a passion for mentoring and helping others. Born and raised In the Lehigh Valley, Matt and his family are active members of the community. Serving in public safety for nearly 20 years, he has a wide variety of experience in many industries including aviation. Matt still enjoys his first passion of being a professional pilot on private jets. He still fly's, helping a fantastic group of people complete their mission - all over the world.
As an agent, mentor, and investor, his passion is providing value and creative problem-solving. Local and intimate knowledge of our market gives you the edge with Matt and the team. Whether you are a new homeowner or repeat investor- special attention is given to each client’s unique needs and goals. He finds creative ways to ensure all parties feel heard and their problems are solved.
Real Estate has literally transformed Matts life. As a multi-family / commercial investor, he started house-hacking at an early age. Equity build and creative financing options helped to grow their portfolio. After seeing how powerful real estate is- He is now passionate about educating and mentoring clients on the benefits of homeownership and investment real estate. His experience provides a strong foundation for those seeking to buy their first home, vacation spot, or start their path to retirement thru investing.
Outside of Real Estate, Matt enjoys making memories with his amazing wife Tara, their 3 children Brianna, Aidan, and Claire, and goofy retriever Archie. He also is an avid runner, loves remote camping and the outdoors, shooting sports, and Microsoft excel....(lol)
Meet John
John’s roots run deep in the Lehigh Valley. He was born and raised here. He went to school here, worked and raised a family here, and is now helping those in his community realize the satisfaction of home and investment ownership.

John is a Pennsylvania Realtor with Realty One Group Supreme, serving the Greater Lehigh Valley markets. He specializes in educating real estate clients with an emphasis on providing personalized service, strategic planning, and worry-free transactions.

Prior to entering real estate, John served his community in Public Safety for over 15 years in Emergency Management, EMS, and HAZMAT response, where he met his business partner, Matt Morrow. Those experiences instilled in him the discipline, problem-solving and servant leadership that have led to his success in real estate in the Lehigh Valley.

John’s passion for real estate has propelled him to be an industry leader in client service and education. His clients appreciate John’s flexibility, negotiation and analytic skills and high ethical standards. Clients describe him as resourceful, honest, and inviting.

Outside of real estate, John enjoys cooking, woodworking and kayaking. He lives in Northampton with his wife, Robin, and their two crazy cats. They also have four awesome adult children and one beautiful granddaughter that is truly a gift from God.

Meet Tom
Tom has an unparalleled understanding of the Lehigh Valley's real estate landscape. With a deep-rooted connection to the community as a lifelong resident, Tom brings a warm and knowledgeable touch to every transaction.

Tom is a go-to expert for buying and selling both single-family residences and multi-unit properties. His experience isn't just limited to the norm – he's a passionate investor, making him the perfect ally in uncovering hidden real estate gems.

What sets Tom apart is his hands-on knowledge of rehabbing properties. This unique insight allows him to see potential where others might not, turning properties into prime investments.

With an MBA in data analytics, Tom combines his analytical knowledge with his real estate skills, offering a strategic advantage to his clients. He works as an engineering manager at a top medical device company, and, ever the educator, he's also an instructor at a local community college.

Outside of real estate, he's a dad and handyman extraordinaire. He's a traveler and personal finance nerd with a deep love for car repair, coffee, and credit card points.

Meet CJ
CJ has lived in various areas of the Poconos and Lehigh Valley for over 15 years. Originally, born and raised in northern New Jersey, he relocated to Pennsylvania to plant his roots and raise his family. He eventually became an EMT and worked at various emergency service agencies throughout the Lehigh Valley and volunteered for the Bethlehem and Allentown Medical Reserve Corps.
Today, he is an emergency manager and a Realtor with this team. He is also a husband, parent to 2 kids, and pet parent of 2 dogs (brother and sister), and a cat.
He has a passion for helping others as he has done that since living in the Lehigh Valley and is excited to continue to help others through real estate. The skills that EMS and emergency management have taught him make him excel in problem solving and planning YOUR real estate deal whether it be buying,
selling, or investing.
He strives to always be on the cutting edge of education and trends in real estate. These skills and education are passed through to his clients to get them the most out of their real estate experience. CJ understands that real estate is the greatest long-term investment you can have and is one of the best ways to build generational wealth.
When not working on helping his clients with their real estate needs you can usually find him at a local investor meetup. He is also a huge baseball fan and has coached his son’s baseball team for many years. He also enjoys car shows and exotic car racing and going to auctions.
Meet Mike
Mike Daly is a lifelong Pennsylvania resident, born and raised in the Lehigh Valley. Currently residing in Quakertown, Mike also spent time in Central PA while earning a Business degree from Shippensburg University.
Mike has been very active, athletically, as a 4 year member of the Men's Volleyball team at Freedom High School, followed by another 4 years during his time at Shippensburg. Mike has enjoyed the opportunity to work in a variety of work settings, including time as a bartender, high school volleyball coach, and now as a Realtor! Mike enjoys spending time with his family and his four-legged friend, Cooper! Mike's clients describe him as trustworthy, dedicated, and loyal.
In Mike's most recent position, he quickly became an integral part of the team at Realty ONE Group Supreme. In addition to holding weekly trainings for our agents, Mike was responsible for onboarding each of the new agents that were joining our ONE family, ensuring they had everything they needed for success.
With early success in his career Mike's passion for Real Estate and helping his clients achieve their goals led him to make the leap as a full time agent with the Morrow-Wargo Group!
