Stephen's professional journey spans over 15 years, starting as a maintenance technician and advancing to a Maintenance & Project Planner. His extensive experience in mechanical systems and project management has equipped him with a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to problem-solving. These skills are now invaluable in his real estate career, where he guides clients through the complex world of real estate transactions, ensuring they make informed and confident decisions.
Stephen holds an associate degree in aviation science ✈️ from Lehigh Carbon Community College, a private pilot's license, and is a licensed notary public. His diverse interests and skills extend beyond real estate.
He enjoys car projects, home renovations, and the latest in automotive technology. Additionally, he is passionate about hydroponic/aeroponic gardening, weightlifting, fitness, and considers himself a beer connoisseur. In his free time, Stephen loves playing Xbox and sports with his son Barrett and taking trips to Delaware beaches with his wife Lisa.
Stephen's adventurous spirit and dedication to continuous learning are evident in everything he does. Having lived in Oregon for four years, including a year in flight school where he enjoyed flying around the Cascade Mountains, Stephen aims to become highly knowledgeable in real estate investments and to start multiple businesses focused on the service industry.
