Who we are:

Lenny was born and raised in North Eastern Pennsylvania where he currently resides. After graduating from Lycoming College with a degree in Economics, he moved back to North Eastern Pennsylvania where he began his real estate journey. 

 

He worked for a title company for two years to better understand the process of closing real estate transactions. During this time he also worked for Melito and Koch Property Solutions as an acquisitions specialist for Investment properties. He eventually went full time in the real estate investment world and helped grow a successful company. 

 

Today, Lenny is working on building his personal portfolio through house hacking and creative strategies. As an Agent /Investor on this team, he looks to help others navigate buying and selling not only investment properties but personal residences as well. He understands buying and selling real estate is not an everyday activity and wants to help guide others through the process.

 

Outside of real estate, Lenny spends the majority of his time with family and friends. He enjoys watching his favorite sports he grew up playing such as football, motocross and wrestling. When not watching sports, Lenny enjoys listening to podcasts and expanding his knowledge of the world.
