Joe brings a wealth of experience from his executive role at a Fortune 500 company, where he managed Retail Operations for over 20 years. He was responsible for more than $1 billion in revenue, successfully doubling it through new store expansions and strategic growth.
Now, Joe is channeling his passion into real estate, eager to help others find their next investment property, personal residence, or rental – a piece of the American dream.

With a solid foundation in finance and commercial real estate, along with a BS degree in marketing, Joe offers a unique blend of expertise to the real estate arena. His keen eye for market trends and strategic approach to pricing help clients make savvy investment decisions.

Joe’s client-centric approach ensures that he treats each client as if he were in their shoes, always aiming for the best possible outcome. He excels in communication and availability, making it a priority to understand and fulfill his clients' wants and needs.

Joe resides in Hunterdon County, NJ, with his wife Tracy and three children. He maintains strong ties to the greater Lehigh Valley, with immediate family in Easton.
In his leisure time, he enjoys outdoor sports, traveling, mountain biking, and taking walks with his two Golden Retrievers.
